Fort Lauderdale, FL Responsibilities:

Analyzes customer data and maintains the Retention Agents databases, including but not limited to filling with new clients’ intake information and ensuring that Retention Agents are maintaining their databases. Monitors the clients’ payment activity by analyzing the payments schedule and communicating with the Retention Specialists ensuring follow up is made to clients that have missed payments and ensure that the payment schedule is up-to-date. Monitors Oversees payment schedules to ensure the escrow balance is sufficient for the next due date and the payments are current. Partners with retention/customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure the communication is clear inter-departmentally and aligned with Coastal Debt Resolve’s strategy. Ensures the draft schedules include all pertinent information such as fees and settlement payment. Calculates the amount and number of payments missing to cover the program and ensures a new contract will be created, sent, and signed for the program to meet the requirements. Ensures Verifies agents have received all necessary documentation and they are stored in the CRM. Revises client statuses (Hold, Suspended, Cancelled, PIF, Graduated) and ensures confirms they are accurate and up to date; immediate action should be taken on any issues related to the client’s status.. Our CRM Manager is responsible for managing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, qualifying leads, emailing Retention Agents their contact list and their leads list, and ensuring effective communication across customer touchpoints. Do you have strong data analysis skills with experience in reporting tools and data visualization, i.e. Excel and a proven track record in managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce? If so, this may be the role for you. Salary $24 – $24 per hour
