Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement a high-level data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the creation and execution of data roadmaps, ensuring scalability and long-term impact. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement high-value analytics initiatives. Design and maintain core dashboards/reports using tools like GA4, BigQuery, PowerBI, and Tableau. Define and uphold data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights. Act as a strategic analytics consultant, providing insights that guide both internal and client-facing projects. Explore AI/ML opportunities to create predictive models and optimize marketing performance. Automate and scale operational processes through tools like APIs and other data platforms.

Requirements:

8+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years in leadership roles. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Strong experience in developing data strategies that align with business objectives. Expertise with marketing technology platforms (CRM, CDPs, DMPs) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker). Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, e-commerce dynamics, and guest acquisition a plus •This role is a hybrid model in Fort Lauderdale. Relocation assistance is offered!
