Media Marketing $45/$50k year 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to lead our efforts in fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with our growing community — including patients, medical assistants, health care provider (HCP) teams, and other key audiences aligned with our business goals. This role is rooted in community outreach and relationship management . You’ll be responsible for retaining and engaging the SKNV community through programs, communication, digital interactions, and in-person events. You’ll also support our social media channels by helping manage engagement, respond to community inquiries, and support ongoing dialogue with our online audience. This is an in-person, full-time position at our Deerfield Beach, FL office, and is ideal for someone proactive, people-focused, an exceptional communicator, and passionate about growing mission-driven communities.

- Own and manage ongoing engagement with SKNV’s community groups, such as medical assistants, patients, and providers — evolving based on SKNV’s strategic priorities.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs, initiatives, and in-person events designed to retain and engage key audiences.
- Oversee day-to-day relationship management with community members, ensuring touchpoints feel personal, consistent, and value-driven via social media, Facebook group, email campaigns, etc.
- Exercise independent judgment to handle event logistics, solve issues, and ensure the success of community programs. Program Management
- Manage and scale SKNV’s community engagement initiatives, including communication plans, outreach calendars, activation ideas, and in-event/in-office materials.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all program elements are well-coordinated and effectively delivered.
- Gather insights and feedback from community members and translate them into actionable improvements. Social Media & Online Community Engagement
- Support and help manage social media presence with a focus on community dialogue, DM and comment responses, and content-related engagement.
- Track sentiment, recurring themes, and opportunities for improved responsiveness in our online community. Copywriting & Communications
- Write thoughtful, brand-aligned communications for email campaigns, digital messages, community updates, and internal provider communications.
- Ensure all community-facing copy reflects tone and values across formats (social media, print, events, email, etc.).
- Draft materials needed for programs or events — from invitations to follow-ups — in a timely and organized manner. What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or patient-centered organizations is a strong plus.
