Community Relations Liaison – Sales & Marketing (Assisted Living) Silver Treasures at Orange Park – Boutique Style Assisted Living 2067 Professional Center Drive, Orange Park, FL 32073 Silver Treasures at Orange Park is a boutique style Assisted Living Community located directly next to the Orange Park Medical Center. We are looking for a Community Relations Liaison to oversee the sales and marketing of our Community. The Community Relations Liaison works directly with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to ensure prospects meet the criteria of Assisted Living, per regulations set by the state of Florida, and also ensure that prospects meet Community standards. The Community Relations Liaison position entails spending time in the local market creating referral sources and developing opportunities to share the core values of our Assisted Living Community. The Community Relations Liaison is also responsible for communicating with prospects, providing tours at the Community, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline in order to the meet the established occupancy goals. The Community Relations Liaison is responsible for staying updated with local marketing conditions that can impact lead generation. You must remain active and attend local marketing and community events to identify new referral sources and maintain relationships with local region referral sources. In order to become successful in this position, an individual must be able to develop outreach programs and lead event coordination.

Other requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred A passion for senior care Ability to meet occupancy, community outreach and other sales goals Team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to track all sales activities and meet budgeted occupancy, revenue, and quarterly sales goals Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities The ability to assure residence awareness through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations Creative approach in the creation and implementation of branding and marketing collateral to promote the Community during inside and outside sales efforts Silver Treasures at Orange Park is a drug free workplace and we may require pre-employment drug screening for any and all individuals, as well as random drug screening for current associates. A Level 2 Background Check is also required prior to the start of employment.

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
