Member Care Director:

As the Member Care Director, you will lead our frontline Member Care Team, ensuring that every interaction with our members is a reflection of our values — personal, positive, and committed to local. You’ll shape the experience that keeps our members coming back week after week.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire:

Supervise, mentor, and grow a passionate team of Member Care Representatives. Foster a service-first culture where empathy and excellence go hand-in-hand.

Retention-Focused Strategy:

Design and implement member retention strategies, identify churn risks, and develop proactive campaigns to boost loyalty and lifetime value. Elevate the

Member Experience:

Oversee member communications, feedback loops, and personalization strategies. Make sure every member feels seen, heard, and appreciated.

Operational Excellence:

Develop processes that ensure efficient issue resolution, smooth order modifications, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with marketing, logistics, and farm relations to align member needs with seasonal offerings, communications, and delivery operations.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Monitor key retention metrics, member feedback trends, and service benchmarks to continuously improve our approach. You Might Be the

Have proven experience in member services or member experience leadership, especially in a high-touch or subscription-based business. Are passionate about local food, sustainability, and community. Are a natural coach and team-builder who lifts others up. Have a strong understanding of retention strategies, CRM tools, and member lifecycle management. Are both strategic and hands-on — willing to jump in when needed to resolve escalations or support the team. Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, with a warm and professional tone.
