  • Responsibilities We are seeking a
  • Customer Lifecycle Manager
  • to manage and execute communication strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Your role is not only about analyzing the data but ensuring that those insights are translated into action through engaging communication throughout a customer’s journey with our water direct delivery services and aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement, Retention & Growth
  • + Drive customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies across the entire customer journey from acquisition to advocacy.

+ Own transactional and triggered communications via email, SMS, or other channels to support the customer journey. + Identify existing gaps in the customer journey for communications. + Identify segmentation needs to ensure customers receive tailored and personalized messaging based on their experience.

  • Marketing Communications
  • + Develop new communications or edit existing communications to solve gaps in the customer journey.

+ Collaborate with marketing teams in planning and executing targeted promotional campaigns, aligning with the customer segments needed and ensuring consistent messaging. + Utilize CRM tools to identify or query target customers for campaigns and deploy communications. + Manage scheduling of sends based on timing from other marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each marketing campaign, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.

+ Design and distribute reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into customer behavior and preferences. + Assist Marketing and IT with A/B testing methodologies to assess the performance of different marketing approaches within each segment. + Ensure data quality & segmentation accuracy. Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience working within marketing or customer experience, specifically in lifecycle marketing (preferred). + Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Must have advance Microsoft Excel experience with Query Building/SQL a plus. + Must have experience with Power BI. + Strong organizational prowess, adept at managing a high frequency sending calendar. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to translate business needs into customer-facing communications. + Proactive attitude, with a continuous drive for process improvement and excellence. + Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity, highly self-motivated Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
