This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that enhance community engagement, promote the organization’s mission, and support various initiatives. Duties Develop and execute community outreach programs to enhance engagement and awareness of the organization’s initiatives. Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to identify partnership opportunities that align with strategic goals. Assist with market research to assess community needs and tailor programs accordingly. Create and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote events and initiatives through effective media relations. Utilize social media marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engage with the community. Prepare reports on community engagement activities. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management or community outreach is preferred. Strong skills in business development and strategic planning to drive community engagement efforts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the organization’s mission effectively. candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse communities.
