Summary We are seeking a passionate and innovative Director of Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement to join our team at Helping People Succeed, Inc. This role will be instrumental in shaping our communication strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and driving engagement with our stakeholders. Responsibilities 1. Directs and implements the creation of promotional and advertising materials. 2. Ensures all materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding. 3. Analyzes target market need to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches. 4. Conducts quality control on all communications by overseeing and approving any branded information, announcements, and materials. 5. Builds and maintains positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and staff. 6. Designs and implements marketing campaigns to promote programs, services, and initiatives. 7. Collaborates with department heads to develop marketing plans for the programs. 8. Creates and maintains strategic partnerships with community organizations and partners. 9. Manages digital communications, including the organization’s website, email campaigns, and social media presence. 10. Creates and maintains the organization wide presentation deck. 11. Develops outreach initiatives to engage underserved or priority communities. 12. Develops, oversees and delivers the HPS internal newsletter. 13. Represents the organization at community events, conferences, and public meetings. 14. Advises the Executive Team on communication strategies and public relations issues. 15. Leads and provides strategic guidance to the Regional Coordinator. 16. Ensures consistent communication and alignment between Regional Coordinator and office teams. 17. Leads and provides strategic guidance, coaching, and oversight to the Event Specialist.

Physical Responsibilities:

1. The ability to stand, sit, and bend. 2. The ability to lift up to 50lbs. 3. The ability to drive to other locations as needed: a. Main office located in Jensen Beach. b. Remote office located in Okeechobee. c.

Counties served:

Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie.

Equipment Used:

1. Computer, laptop, fax/copy/scan machine. 2. Use of personal cell phone.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience in related field. 2. Related experience may substitute for education. 3. 3+ years in a Leadership role. Experience in effectively supervising other employees.

Strong Leadership/Team Management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Excellent people’s skills organized and dependable. Effective oral and written communication skills in daily work.
