Job Description

City Success Coordinator FemForce Miami, FL

  • Remote Overview The City Success Coordinator is an admin position.

They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and team members in their city. This role is a mix of coordinating operations, client relations, and team liaison. The goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, help grow the FemForce presence, and foster a supportive environment for female entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs. Duties Schedule and manage city-specific photoshoots, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and photographers. Research, scout, and secure ideal photoshoot locations that align with the FemForce brand and meet the needs of clients. Coordinate location logistics, including permits (if needed), access, and setup to ensure a seamless shoot day. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, photographers and vendors, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly. Create and curate city-specific content for social media platforms, showcasing photoshoots, client stories, and BTS and engage with followers through comments, messages, and tags to build an active and supportive online community. Proactively check in with members to ensure they feel supported, seen, and celebrated, reinforcing FemForce’s mission of confidence and community. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Collaborate with the team to implement strategies for growth and member retention. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Experience working with students in a higher education setting is preferred. Background in education administration or teaching at the university level is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate others effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is a plus. A passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
