Our work prioritizes academic enrichment, leadership development, and life skills to ensure girls thrive in school and beyond. Position Summary The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Girls Inc. by cultivating relationships, amplifying our impact, and growing community support. This role leads the InspireHER giving circle, manages communications and content planning, and ensures donor engagement efforts are seamless, meaningful, and data-informed. By elevating the stories of our girls and connecting with supporters, this position directly contributes to our ability to provide high-quality, no-cost programming across Miami-Dade County. Key Responsibilities InspireHER Giving Circle Plan, coordinate, and manage InspireHER events Steward InspireHER members through personalized engagement and relationship-building Develop and execute monthly touchpoints (calls, texts, emails, handwritten notes, updates) Marketing & Communications Manage the monthly e-newsletter (content creation, layout, and scheduling) Maintain and execute a social media content calendar in partnership with the development and program teams Support basic website updates such as posting events, updating pages, and uploading content Data Management & Reporting Track InspireHER membership, attendance, and touchpoints in Bloomerang (or similar donor database) Collect and report on engagement data and campaign metrics Support donor recognition efforts and assist with reports and grant submissions
