Role:

As a Community Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our clients and ensuring their incredible success stories are leveraged effectively to promote our products and events. Your responsibilities will revolve around curating, managing, and presenting these success stories to both our internal team and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive arsenal of testimonials for each of our products and events. Make daily calls to clients in your portfolio to collect fresh testimonials and success stories. Follow up with clients who have previously submitted testimonials to keep their statistics and information up to date. Work closely with our database to organize testimonials using metadata and proper tagging, making them easily accessible for our team to share with potential clients. Identify and address audio and video quality issues in testimonials to ensure the highest quality presentations. Deliver compelling presentations every morning, showcasing success stories to the team and potential clients. Use key judgment points and guidelines to identify and present exceptional testimonials. The community success representative collects – represents the brand with integrity, and accurately Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times. Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers. Gather essential information during data collection, including Company Name, Industry, Revenue, Products/Events attended, and Growth Since implementing our training programs. Possess basic video editing skills to trim and edit testimonials for optimal presentation quality. Attend company events and connect with clients who have experienced remarkable results from our products and events. Collect success stories and testimonials from satisfied clients during events and training sessions. Develops and works with clients to create forward facing testimonials to support the companies constantly changing campaigns and promotions to ensure client engagement. Participants in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client relations department. Perform quality checks on success stories shared during morning meetings to ensure accuracy and relevance. Prepare a panel of clients with outstanding success stories to showcase during company events and promotional activities. Builds relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals.

Qualifications:

Experience with Client Relations, Marketing or Social media management or relevant field preferred
