In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on email, app, and SMS channels. You will report to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to drive engagement, retention, and growth across our user base. You will work with the marketing, sales, data, and product teams to drive campaign performance. Do:
Campaign Creation and Management:

Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, app, and SMS channels. Utilize customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized communications. Continuously test and refine messaging, segmentation, and engagement tactics to maximize effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Customer Segmentation:

Leverage internal data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance. Develop and maintain customer segments for targeted lifecycle communications across B2B and B2C channels.

Project Management:

Manage marketing projects in JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and the Data Team to ensure accurate data flow and integration between marketing platforms. Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, recommending future improvements.

What You Should Have:
Marketing Experience:

5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email automation, or a similar role is required to excel in this role.

Strong Technical Knowledge:

Technical knowledge in email and hands-on experience with automation is required.

Tool and Technology Usage:

Proficiency in marketing and data platforms such as Iterable, Hightouch, Salesforce, Looker, and GA4 . Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Analytical and Strategic Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies will set you up for success in this role.

Project Management Skills:

Experience managing marketing projects in JIRA or similar project management tools will allow you to work seamlessly with the team.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong Operational Focused:

A data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
