This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with CRM platforms and email tools. Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain contact lists and company records in the CRM (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot CRM)
• Schedule and track email outreach campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
• Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted communication
• Support the sales team with prospect research and lead follow-ups
• Monitor CRM data for duplicates, missing info, or outdated contacts
• Prepare basic reports and campaign performance summaries Requirements
• 1-3 years experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
