Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). Act as the primary point of contact for ISOs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding submissions through the funding process. Onboard new
ISOs:
explain platform functionality, set expectations, and provide training as needed. Monitor deal flow from ISOs, ensuring quality submissions and providing feedback to maximize approval rates. Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to facilitate quick and efficient decision-making. Maintain accurate records of ISO interactions, deal submissions, and partner activity using CRM systems. Identify high-performing ISOs and implement strategies to maximize their engagement and performance. Provide input on marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain ISO partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working for or directly with an ISO or funding company.
