Role:
This is more than just a performance marketing role. You’ll be a key part of our global Mattering team, where the company believes in using marketing for good. Their mission? To market less and matter more. You’ll lead paid media strategy and execution across multiple B2B brands, with a focus on driving measurable growth while embedding purpose into everything you do.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns
- Identify market gaps and turn insights into action
- Drive brand visibility, engagement, and high-quality lead generation
- Ensure our mission and values are reflected in every campaign
- Increase CTR, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- Reduce cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition through smart optimization
- Analyze post-sale performance and improve lead quality
- Report on KPIs and ROI with clarity and insight
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts across global brands
- Set goals, delegate strategically, and foster a culture of innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge across the team
- Create dynamic reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SmartLook, and Data Studio to uncover insights
- Lead CRO testing and funnel optimization to boost performance
- Champion our “Mattering” mission in all marketing activity
- Improve customer experiences by understanding user journeys
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful impact
