This role oversees the daily management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence across platforms. The Social Media Manager will create and curate high-quality content, engage with online communities, and leverage digital trends to enhance INK’s brand storytelling. This position collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement, grow audiences, and optimize content performance through data-driven insights.
General Duties and Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with INK Entertainment’s brand identity, marketing goals and increase brand awareness.
Daily Management:
Oversee daily social media management, including content planning, publishing, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and additional emerging platforms.
Locations:
Amal, Byblos, Level 6 and

Ensure all content is on-brand, visually compelling, and engaging to INK’s target audiences.
Content Calendar:
Manage content calendar to maintain a consistent and strategic posting schedule and timely execution of campaigns across different platforms.
Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis:
Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, competitor activities and best practices to continually enhance INK’s social media presence.
Media Library Management:
Organize and maintain Marketing’s comprehensive media library, ensuring easy access to up-to-date photos and videos.
Content Creation & Curation:
Work closely with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to create and curate high-quality, dynamic content that highlights INK’s lifestyle, events, and experiences. Attend events to capture real-time content and generate buzz through live coverage (Instagram Stories, Reels, and Facebook). Leverage user-generated content (UGC), influencer collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand storytelling. Utilize graphic design tools to create engaging visuals for social media platforms. Edit and retouch photos to align with INK’s brand aesthetic and quality standards. Community Management & Engagement Monitor, respond to, and engage comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels promptly to foster an active and engaged online community. Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and VIP guests. Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and VIP guests. Implement strategies to grow and enhance audience engagement, follower growth, and brand loyalty. Collaboration & Cross-Development Coordination Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, PR, Events, Operations and Sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies when needed. Partner with the PR team to amplify media coverage and brand storytelling. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize content and strategy. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Provide monthly reports with insights into trends, and recommendations for improvement. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep INK at the forefront of digital innovation. Qualifications & Skills Flexibility to attend events, capture content, and engage with audiences outside of standard office hours. Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment. Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, Canva, or similar). In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.). Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and compelling narratives. Proficiency in community management and ability to maintain the brand’s voice while engaging with diverse audiences. Passion for luxury, design, culture, and hospitality, with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple projects.
