We bring creativity and precision to everything from in-store builds to full-scale pop-ups. Now, we’re looking to bring that same energy to our digital presence. This is an entry-level position best suited for someone eager to grow with a creative, fast-moving company. While you’ll start by managing our current channels and learning our brand voice, there’s significant potential for this role to evolve. Your growth will be directly tied to the growth and performance of our social media and digital presence. Overview We’re seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to grow and manage our online presence. This person will work closely with our design and production teams to tell the story of our projects, drive engagement, and position us as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Plan and create engaging photo, video, and written content to highlight current projects, BTS processes, and industry insights Manage posting schedule, audience engagement, and performance metrics Collaborate with our production/design teams to align content with live projects Monitor trends in the design, retail, and print space to inform content Analyze performance data and adjust strategy for optimal growth Grow followers and engagement with a focus on client-facing professionalism Qualifications 2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video (TikTok/Reels) Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or mobile apps) Excellent writing and communication skills Portfolio of past work or content samples

Bonus:

Experience in B2B marketing, retail design, printing, graphic or photography industries
