Job Overview We’re seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant with a strong understanding of U.S. culture, social media trends, digital marketing, and community and influencer engagement. This role goes beyond staying ahead of influencer marketing trends—it’s about driving conversions and aligning strategies with brand goals through impactful SMS and email marketing copy. The ideal candidate will identify emerging influencers who excel at driving results and explore new categories of lifestyle creators actively participating in affiliate marketing on platforms like LTK and other affiliate networks. A key focus of this position is building and maintaining relationships with influencers while contributing to strategic communication campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and email. The ideal candidate will assist with SMS and email marketing efforts, balancing creativity with brand consistency, while actively discovering new categories of lifestyle creators who participate in affiliate marketing via platforms like LTK and TikTok Shop. These creators should be willing to collaborate on product exchanges or commission-only posts, often working within a limited budget primarily consisting of product gifting. Staying ahead of emerging trends and leveraging platforms like TikTok Shop and other affiliate links will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Engagement & Community Presence:

Dedicate 25

  • 30% of your time to daily interactions, such as commenting, liking, and engaging with influencers and followers, to build brand visibility and remain top-of-mind.
Influencer Relationship Management:

Strengthen partnerships with current influencers, adding thoughtful touches to build loyalty and rapport.

Outreach & Recruitment:

Actively source and recruit influencers aligned with TopFoxx’s brand values, focusing on those open to affiliate models and commission-based posts, often working within a limited budget of product gifting.

IM Campaign Management:

Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, holiday promotions, and special events, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Performance Tracking:

Regularly monitor and analyze campaign and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to meet revenue targets.

Content Creation & Collaboration:

Work with influencers to develop creative, engaging content across platforms, aligning with a content calendar.

Gifting & Special Outreach:

Manage influencer gifting, seasonal projects, and personalized outreach, including special initiatives for birthdays and holidays.

SMS Marketing Support:

Collaborate on the writing and scheduling of concise and engaging SMS copy to promote products, sales, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and compliance with character limits.

Email Marketing Copywriting:

Assist in drafting compelling email copy, subject lines, and headers for various campaigns, including product launches, sales, newsletters, and customer retention initiatives. Proofread and edit email drafts to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Meetings & Strategic Alignment:

Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure influencer strategies align with overall marketing objectives.

Trend Research:

Conduct research on emerging trends to inform and improve marketing strategies.

Required Experience & Skills Experience:

2+ years in Digital and Affiliate Marketing, with a preference for experience in fashion and e-commerce.

Cultural Awareness:

Strong knowledge of U.S. culture, social media trends, and the influencer landscape.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

Relationship Building:

A natural connector with the ability to create memorable community experiences.

Proactivity:

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
