Community Relations Director CERTUS Senior Living 11120 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32825 Are you passionate about serving others and living with purpose? The Community Relations Director is responsible for meeting or exceeding all occupancy goals of the community through the development and implementation of community marketing plans . Educates and influences prospective residents and/or families to the advantages of living in a CERTUS Senior Living Community. Develops and implements the community’s outreach programs. Serves as the transition agent for residents when they move into the community. Treats each team member and each resident with ultimate respect at all times. Nurtures an ongoing relationship with residents once they have moved into the community.
Position Specifics:
Education :
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred; significant work experience in related field may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years sales, marketing, or hospitality experience in a related field; proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite); strong verbal and written communication skills.
Licensing/ Certification :
Obtain Dementia Certification within 60 days from date of hire. We will help!
Organizational Structure:
The Community Relations Director’s immediate supervisor is the Executive Director; there is a dotted line of accountability to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure achievement of budgeted census goals. Develop, implement, and maintain all budget provisions with involvement and approval by the Executive Director. Utilize contact management software to develop, maintain, and manage Prospect database, as well as Lead Source Analysis database, for optimal results. Manage all aspects of strategy development and print advertising within budget and content approval for the purpose of lead generation and enhanced census. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for review by the Executive Director, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales and Marketing. Conduct weekly HOT leads & Sales meetings with key sales, operations, and corporate support associates. Ensure all details for scheduled resident move-ins are in order; communicate with other department managers and Executive Director. Provide creative input and coordination of special events designed to attract qualified prospects. Conduct Quarterly Competitive Analysis for no less than 3 competitors Develop Quarterly Marketing Plan content to include internal and external initiatives designed to increase prospect data base and referral sources; execute Quarterly Marketing Plan once approved by VP of Sales and Marketing. Provide marketing/sales training to community associates to maximize marketing efforts across all departments of the community Develop and maintains database of all promotional advertisements and materials – mailers, flyers, brochure inserts, tri-folds, etc. At CERTUS Premier Memory Care Living, our innovative approach to Memory Care treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of their memory loss, helping residents find renewed meaning and purpose in each day.
