Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM content strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. Manage the content calendar for customer lifecycle campaigns and promotions. Write, edit, and QA campaign messaging to ensure brand voice consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align content with customer segmentation, journey stages, and business goals. Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to optimize content strategy. A/B test copy variations to improve open rates, click-through, and conversion metrics. Content Manager, Strategist (CRM)

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in CRM marketing, content strategy, or lifecycle marketing. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on engagement and conversion. Experience with major CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email best practices, and personalization tactics. Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to future content. Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
