The CRM Segmentation Manager is responsible for the strategic insights and strategy of all T+L lead types utilized in multi-channel communications. In this role you will work with the key stakeholders to provide meaningful audience segments, improve process automation and support high level reporting. This role will drive audience strategy, process improvements and be a key contributor to achieving business goals. In addition, this role will create a team culture of innovation, collaboration and personalization focused strategies.
How You’ll Shine:
Maintain daily organization and project tracking
Ability to drive meetings with leadership to enhance or change strategy
Mentor analysts on projects and encourage future development
Deploy targeted audience files to downstream channels
Manage ongoing validation of data integrity for scheduled and Ad Hoc campaigns
Strong ability to create actionable reporting and analysis both Ad Hoc and requested
Travel Requirements:
5% – only for large team meetings.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
Strong ability to hypothesize, operationalize and report on cross-channel targeted marketing strategies Ability to understand advanced modeling techniques Strong ability to multitask, manage short- and long-term deadlines, and lead projects Proven success working in a collaborative setting Advanced presentation and storytelling skills Strong relationship building skills Ability to work with multiple technical teams in the organization Ability to analyze customer data, trends, segment performance, and campaign results to continuously optimize marketing efforts. Expert coding with SQL, SAS, Python or R Expert knowledge working with campaign orchestration technologies (CDP preferred) Expert knowledge working with marketing channels including ESP, Digital Ads, Push, SMS and Dialers Understanding of basic modeling techniques Strong skills mining and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and process improvements Ability to create insightful dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau or related visualization tools 5+ years’ experience delivering targeted audiences within a multi-channel organization 5+ years’ experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (CDP preferred) 5+ years’ experience with coding platforms- SQL, Python or other Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
