We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence, engage our community, and drive guest interest through creative, on-brand storytelling and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute monthly social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Design and post engaging photo and video content that highlights our cuisine, events, team, and guest experiences Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages across all platforms Collaborate with in-house team, chefs, and photographers/videographers to ensure brand consistency Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights Coordinate and promote in-house events, holidays, special offers, and influencer partnerships Work closely with the marketing team to support email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing (restaurant/hospitality industry preferred) Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar) Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus
