$40 – 42 per hourThis client is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its in-house Trading Desk team. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Social Strategy and Activation, this role will support the execution of paid social media campaigns for Parks & Resorts. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in campaign management across major social platforms and have a strong analytical mindset.
This position will manage end-to-end social campaign execution, including implementation, quality assurance, optimization, and performance reporting. The candidate will also support the development of client-facing presentations and ongoing documentation.

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, manage, and continuously optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurement using tools like Adobe SiteCatalyst. Partner with the organic social team to amplify key content through paid channels. Monitor and analyze platform data to identify trends, testing opportunities, and performance insights. Manage daily campaign performance to ensure traffic, engagement, and conversion targets are met. Track and manage daily campaign budgets to ensure alignment with spend forecasts. Use internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet) to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. Propose strategic recommendations and new campaign structures aligned with marketing objectives. Oversee campaign-level and audience-level bid and budget optimizations. Provide thoughtful commentary and analysis in performance reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads platforms. Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or LinkedIn is a strong plus. Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics 360, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and time management skills; able to work across multiple cross-functional teams. Comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation. Execute and analyze tests across ads, landing pages, and vendor integrations. Collaborate across teams to improve policies, processes, and campaign efficiencies. Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social media to enhance campaign performance and team capabilities.
