Bilingual Social Media Manager About FreeTV FreeTV is a dynamic streaming platform engaging multicultural audiences with authentic content from around the globe. Our mission is to bring the best long form, unique content and make it available to the US Hispanic and LATAM audience, for free, on any device. Position Overview FreeTV is seeking a creative and strategic Bilingual Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across the social platforms – mainly Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. This role will be responsible for growing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our marketing initiatives in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook Create, curate, and schedule compelling content in both English and Spanish that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy Collaborate with content, marketing, and programming teams to promote FreeTV shows, features, and special events Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports Manage social media calendar and ensure timely content distribution Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field 3+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for brands Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook best practices Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling ability in both languages Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Understanding of streaming/entertainment industry preferred Excellent time management and organizational skills Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability Desired Skills Experience with paid social media campaigns Video editing skills Knowledge of SEO and content optimization Experience with community management Understanding of TV/streaming audience demographics
