Overview:

Indotronix is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to support the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer. This role leads internal and external communication strategies, supports executive leadership, and promotes the company’s innovation and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal communications: newsletters, announcements, virtual town halls, intranet updates Support external campaigns and brand visibility Create presentations for internal and external audiences Coordinate executive travel, speaking engagements, and event messaging Manage employee recognition programs and sustainability communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing (MBA preferred) 8+ years in corporate or internal communications Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills Experience working with executives and managing high-level communications Familiar with

LinkedIn, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Microsoft Office Key Traits:
