Our network has grown rapidly to include over 700 top restaurants, making Local Ad Face a top provider of digital signage services. We hire gifted sales processionals and provide them with the tools to succeed and work flexible from home. Our compensation package is designed to provide a fantastic income with no upper limits as an Independent Contractor. Job Overview You will help distinguish our company with professionalism to build new business and provide excellent customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships with new targeted restaurants while advancing advertising sales into these new restaurant locations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our outreach and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, relationship management, cold calling, usage of the CRM, networking and will be passionate about leveraging partnerships to drive organizational growth. Among the responsibilities of the role are:

Network Expansion :

You will help identify and secure new restaurant partners to be part of our local network with the criteria we provide.

Advertising Sales:

Top income earners are also top in advertising sales, we target small and large budgets that help drive meaningful commission opportunities.

Customer Service :

Our two primary customers are restaurants and advertisers. We aim to provide high levels of service to both. The by-product of high service levels is great customer retention and added earnings potential. Responsibilities Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential restaurant venues and assess partnership opportunities. Manage relationships with existing venues, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration. Oversee the planning and execution of installs into new venues . Utilize software tools for data collection (CRM) and analysis to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Prepare budgets for partnership-related activities and manage financial resources effectively. Collaborate with internal teams weekly for sales call and one on ones. Create email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging potential venues and/or advertisers. Provide regular reports on partnership performance metrics to senior management during weekly one on one and by inputting into CRM. Qualifications Proven experience in relationship management 2-4 years selling experience Strong skills with data entry for CRM notes Proficiency with computers and general tasks Active networker Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
