Description We are looking for a skilled Influencer Manager to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on impactful campaigns within the e-commerce industry. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, this role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers to create engaging content that drives results. This is a flexible position, allowing you to manage responsibilities alongside other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research influencers who align with campaign goals, particularly in the financial and gaming sectors.
• Reach out to influencers to discuss collaboration opportunities and negotiate competitive rates.
• Coordinate with selected creators to review drafts, edits, and ensure timely publishing of content.
• Monitor campaign performance using tracking tools such as codes and UTM parameters.
• Develop clear project timelines to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Manage a campaign budget of $10-15k, optimizing spend for high-quality creative output.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future influencer marketing strategies. Requirements
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable rates with influencers.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple creators and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tracking tools like UTM codes and campaign analytics.
• Knowledge of trends in the financial and gaming sectors, especially within e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours to meet project goals.
• Comfortable managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
