Position :
We seek a dynamic and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team full-time. This individual will execute organic social media strategies for franchise car dealerships, increasing brand visibility and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is a self-starter fluent in Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager (Meta Certification preferred), Sprout Social (or similar systems), and experienced in using Canva and video editing tools to produce engaging content. Proficiency in Excel is essential for managing budgets and creating insightful reports. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus, along with the ability to stay current with social media trends and effectively engage customers.
Responsibilities :

Campaign Development & Execution :
o Collaborate with the Account Services team and dealership leadership to create and execute monthly organic social media strategies, focusing on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. •
Content Scheduling & Coordination :
o Oversee scheduling for videographers, ensuring timely visits to each dealership each month. Coordinate closely with freelance partners and clients to create engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with audiences. •
Content Creation & Trend Adaptation :
o Utilize Canva and video editing tools to create visually compelling content for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, adapting content to align with what is relevant to our customers. •
Ad Budget Management :
o Use Excel to manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets for each dealership, aligning spend with marketing objectives. •
Posting & Engagement Strategy :
o Manage posting schedules across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our brand, resonates with our target audience, and drives customer engagement. •
Analytics & Reporting :
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Prepare detailed monthly reports in Excel for each client, clearly explaining insights and performance metrics and adjusting strategies to enhance engagement and reach. •
Client Engagement & Communication :
o Communicate effectively with business owners, presenting tailored social media strategies and explaining performance results clearly and professionally. •
Compliance & Legal Responsibilities :
o Strictly adhere to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) marketing guidelines and federal, state, and local advertising laws. Participate in regular compliance training, manage legal risk within social media campaigns, and maintain thorough documentation for auditing purposes.
Requirements :
Experience :
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the automotive or a related industry. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
Skills :
Advanced fluency with Meta Business and Ads Manager (Meta Certification is a plus), Sprout Social (or similar platforms), proficiency in Excel, and experience using Canva and video editing tools to create engaging content.
Platform Proficiency :
Experience creating and managing content specifically for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Trend Awareness :
Ability to quickly recognize and adapt to social media trends to keep our dealerships relevant and engaging to customers.
Communication & Presentation :
Communicating effectively with business owners and dealership management.
Organization :
Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and schedules across several dealerships.
Travel :
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time and dress professionally.
Location :
This in-person role is based in South Florida, with no remote option.
