Job Overview We’re seeking a motivated Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to ignite our sponsorship growth by securing and managing lower-level partnerships ($1,000-$10,000 deals) that amplify Sarasota Paradise’s brand and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll generate leads, close deals, and bring sponsors to life at games and events, working closely with our Fan and Community Engagement team. Key Responsibilities Generate Leads :

Proactively identify and contact sponsorship prospects (e.g., local businesses, regional brands) through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build a strong pipeline.

Sell Sponsorships :

Negotiate and secure lower-level sponsorship deals ($1,000-$10,000, e.g., field banners, camp ads) that align with club goals and sponsor objectives.

Manage Game Day Activations :

Coordinate sponsor activations at home games (e.g., booths, signage), ensuring high visibility and flawless execution.

Coordinate Event Activations :

Collaborate with the Fan and Community Engagement Manager to integrate sponsors into club events (e.g., camps, corporate meetups, season ticket holder events).

Maintain Partner Communication :

Build lasting relationships with sponsors through regular updates, addressing needs to ensure satisfaction.

Fulfill Sponsorships :

Deliver on sponsorship commitments, coordinating deliverables (e.g., logos, promotions) to meet expectations. Track Data in

CRM :

Log sales activity, revenue, and interactions in CRM (ActiveCampaign) to drive analytics and reporting. Key Measurables Generate revenue from lower-level sponsorships, per ownership targets. Achieve high sponsor satisfaction and retention rates, per ownership targets. Execute impactful game day and event activations, per ownership targets. Maintain consistent lead generation through outreach efforts, per ownership targets. Document robust sales contacts (calls, emails, meetings) in CRM, per ownership targets. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or sports marketing, preferably in sports or events. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proactive and results-oriented. Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign) for sales tracking and analytics. Passion for soccer and community engagement, eager to grow with a USL League One club. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel (e.g., sponsor meetings). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary :

$30,000-$40,000 annually.

Performance Bonuses :
Club-Wide Attendance Bonus :

Percentage of salary for achieving sell-out home game targets, rallying the team to fill the stands.

Sponsorship Revenue Bonus :

Generous bonus for exceeding sponsorship revenue goals, with potential to significantly boost earnings.

Team Performance Bonus :

Additional bonus for supporting the partnerships team’s success, rewarding collaboration and impact.

Benefits :

4 weeks of paid time off (minimum 2 consecutive weeks in December). Preventative healthcare package.
