We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director,Marketing & Communications Manager to join our BNY Pershing,Transformation Office, Client Communications team. This role islocated in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact inthe following ways: Maintains collaborative relationships withsenior business stakeholders and external partners to alignactivities to key strategic objectives and disseminate messageswithin client segments. Directs, plans, and executes communicationsfunctions across digital platforms in support of the firms keystrategic initiatives, business, technology, and regulatory changeevents. Executive visibility and participation in organizationevents. Educates clients and shares information to build theirunderstanding of issues, industry and business change events,products and solutions. Communicates broadly across organization.

Provides strategic guidance and creates compelling vision.

Generates and considers actions for achieving long-term goals.

Helps drive strategies most likely to succeed and influencesresources accordingly. Makes sound and influential decisions evenin the absence of complete information. Establishes high standardsfor personal accountability. Considers and manages firm level risk.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 12years of related experience, with 3 years of management experiencepreferred. Strong writing and communications skills. Experience inthe securities or financial services industry is preferred. FINRASeries 7 and Series 24 required within the first 90 days. At BNY,our culture speaks for itself.
