Our team is passionate about creating experiences that resonate with today’s consumers—especially through dynamic, engaging content across social platforms. As we continue expanding our digital footprint, we are looking for a high-performing, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of our social media growth across TikTok, Instagram, and additional channels.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager will lead all aspects of the brand’s organic social media presence—from content strategy to creation, posting, community management, performance tracking, and real-time optimization. This is an in-house, boots-on-the-ground role requiring regular collaboration with the creative and marketing teams at our Sanford, FL location. You must be mobile, adaptable, and able to travel for brand shoots, events, and content activations as needed. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands short-form content deeply, and can strategize and execute content that builds community, drives engagement, and grows brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Execution Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms Strategically plan, create, film, and edit short-form video content tailored for each platform, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach without redundancy Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend timely content pivots Community Engagement Actively engage with followers daily across all channels (comments, DMs, reposts, etc.) Respond to brand mentions and participate in relevant trending conversations Monitor brand sentiment and gather audience insights for marketing and product teams Performance Optimization Monitor key social KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, shares, saves, website clicks, etc.) Compile weekly and monthly analytics reports Use data insights to adjust strategies and optimize content for maximum impact Content Capture & Event Support Capture behind-the-scenes content at our Sanford warehouse several times a week Support live brand events, content trips, and other in-person brand activations Maintain a ready-to-publish backlog of content for evergreen and promotional use

TRAVEL & IN-HOUSE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work on-site in Sanford, FL at least 3-4 days per week Must be willing to travel as needed for brand events, activations, and content creation (travel may be domestic and/or occasional international) Must be comfortable capturing spontaneous content in real-world environments (non-studio settings)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience managing social media for brands (agency or in-house) Advanced knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels content strategy and algorithm behavior Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs Experience filming and editing short-form video content (using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools) Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment Professional communication style with internal teams, vendors, and audience engagement

BONUS SKILLS

(Not Required, but Highly Valued) Photography or videography skills Experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing Familiarity with paid media strategy (TikTok Spark Ads, Reels Ads) Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify SEO understanding for YouTube Shorts and Pinterest content
