Job Description

Director of Team and Culture Team Architects Marietta, GA Are you passionate about people, purpose, and building strong culture from the inside out?: Howard Enterprise is on a mission to build a movement—one rooted in wealth creation, education, and cultural empowerment. Through brands like From the Trap to Wall Street, Trapper Apparel, and Wall Street Looks Like Us Now, we’re helping communities build generational wealth. At the center of this mission is The Freedom Center, a 50,000 sq ft hub for learning, creating, and community. Now, we’re looking for a Director of Team & Culture to lead the charge in building the systems, communication, and culture that power our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do:

As Director of Team & Culture, you’ll be the connective tissue between departments—aligning people, process, and purpose. You’ll lead company-wide rhythms and cultural initiatives that help every team member thrive, stay accountable, and stay inspired. Strategy & Execution Align teams on OKRs and strategic priorities each quarter Lead weekly department syncs and executive huddles Drive clarity and momentum on high-impact initiatives People & Culture Design and champion cultural rituals, events, and recognition programs Lead onboarding, performance reviews, and development check-ins Own team communications that foster clarity, transparency, and trust Accountability & Growth Partner with the Director of Operations to monitor KPIs and remove roadblocks Develop team scorecards and performance dashboards Coach individuals and mediate interpersonal challenges when needed Special Projects Spearhead internal rollouts (e.g., HubSpot, SOPs, space launches) Manage execution of cross-functional projects tied to company growth

Requirements:
