Delta Vacations is seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing & Communications that can lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build and maintain our brand presence, oversee marketing and promotional campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This role will lead a small team that oversees marketing programs, and initiatives and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization aligning to our company goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Subject matter expert on brand framework, positioning and messaging and serve as resource for internal and external teams. Understand target audience to define customer profile and develop strategic initiatives to drive loyalty and engagement. Lead the development and communication of assigned marketing programs and customer loyalty initiatives and promotions with internal creative team and key stakeholders. Oversee B2C and B2B marketing and campaign strategies, in collaboration with channel managers, to promote the brand and products across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media promotions, email marketing, print and public relations, aiming to build brand awareness and customer engagement. Develop clear, persuasive marketing messaging and content for various channels. Drive brand messaging and narrative across all channels including public relations and corporate communications. Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Product, Creative) to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and goals. Lead creative briefs for internal creative team and external agencies to defining objectives and goals. Partner with customer engagement and loyalty teams to ensure synergies in customer-first communication and marketing strategies. Manage brand sponsorships/sweepstakes or ad hoc opportunities. Lead small team of brand and communications experts. Manage and prioritize workload and ensure understanding of responsibilities and goals.

Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta
GA POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A combination of remote and office reporting is in practice. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL Domestic and/or international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
SALARY RANGE 57,200 – 95,944

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
(MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
) Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience. Two years managing projects or campaigns required. Two years of brand marketing or brand communications experience required. Four years of marketing and/or communications experience required. Two years of people management experience required. Must demonstrate strong English language writing, grammar and proofreading skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop compelling content in collaboration with creative teams. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels. Solve problems collaboratively and work quickly under deadline. Skilled at building and maintaining collaborative relationships. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
