- team supports PM Agency clients by executing paid social campaigns to meet performance goals across a variety of platforms.
This role will focus on supporting Publicis’s largest clients. The Campaign Manager’s role is accountable for the successful implementation & execution of paid social campaigns for Publicis Media clients. The ideal candidate should be familiar with buying ads on paid social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. S/he will also have experience campaign management, particularly building campaigns, replacing creative and implementing data-driven performance optimizations.
- Responsibilities
- Support multichannel paid social campaigns while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
- Conduct full analysis of campaign performance and optimizations
- QA campaigns to ensure flawless, on-time campaign launches
- Work with internal teams to provide clients with paid social media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
- Traffic all creatives in-platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
- Share knowledge of and track updates in media buying platforms and industry news
- Analyze campaign performance and implement tactical media optimizations
- Provide clients with paid social media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
- Deliver input on campaign activation approaches and methods to help establish success metrics and KPIs
- Qualifications
- + You have 5 years of overall experience post-high school graduation.
Be it higher education, work related or a mix. Associate and Bachelor degrees are welcome, but not required. + 2-3 years of experience (including Internships) building paid social campaigns + 2-3 years of experience (including internships) in media industry or marketing + Proficient-to-advanced Excel expertise + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decisionmaking skills with ability to think creatively + Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Range:
$59,850 – $78,800 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
