We’re hiring a Paid Search & Social Ads Manager to lead client acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads . You’ll own campaign strategy and execution across platforms and ensure each client’s budget is working hard and driving clear results. If you’re a detail oriented media buyer who thrives on data, testing, and optimization, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads Craft strategic media plans tailored to service-based businesses with both local and regional targeting goals Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, audience performance, and KPI trends Continuously test and refine creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve conversions Develop and present performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to align messaging, copy, and targeting Contribute to the development of internal systems, SOPs, and optimization playbooks Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices, implementing new tactics and betas when relevant Provide mentorship to junior team members as we grow our media department You’ll Thrive Here If You Have 2-4+ years experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn preferred) Strong background in audience targeting, conversion tracking, and funnel-based strategy Hands-on experience with budget management and performance optimization Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and make strategic decisions from metrics Clear, confident communication and client facing presentation skills Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager Proficiency in creating campaign reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio Google Ads Certifications (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire) Bonus If You Have Experience working with local service-based businesses Familiarity with CRM integrations, lead tracking, and offline conversion data Previous agency experience in a fast-paced or startup environment Experience working with tools like
