Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Program Lead, Salesforce to spearhead complex, enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations across diverse business functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and functionality, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce programs, from discovery and design through implementation and optimization.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define program goals, align on priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and support long-term strategic objectives.
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and quality standards.
Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and roadmap alignment.
Champion change management and user adoption strategies to maximize ROI on Salesforce investments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and teams.
Deep expertise in cross-functional environments and enterprise CRM transformation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
