Sr. Communications Manager Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We’re seeking a strategic and seasoned Senior Communications Manager to lead employee communication efforts that support organizational alignment and engagement. This role will focus on developing impactful HR-related messaging and programs, ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging communications across all channels. Ideal candidates are creative storytellers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about connecting people to purpose. + Develop and lead strategic communication plans in support of HR, EHS, Legal, Innovation, and Finance initiatives. + Create and implement messaging that effectively connects employees to the company’s vision, strategy, and culture. + Project manage HR communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compelling content across multiple channels, including digital, print, video, and live formats. + Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards. + Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all HR communications. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. + 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role. + Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp attention to detail. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams. + Strategic thinker with a track record of improving communication outcomes. + Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. + Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign), CMS platforms, CRM systems, and other content creation tools.
