POSITION OVERVIEW

As Operation HOPE enters a new chapter of growth and innovation, we are building a team of exceptional relationship managers to expand our corporate funding base and deepen existing partnerships. The Vice President of Corporate Partnerships will play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners and funders. This position will be responsible for both generating new revenue and enhancing the long-term value of corporate engagement with Operation HOPE. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Vice President will contribute to the development of a comprehensive, sustainable strategy for corporate support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership Development & Management Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects, focusing on strategic development, partner satisfaction, and long-term, sustainable engagement. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, CSR, and corporate philanthropy departments. Align partnership strategies with Operation HOPE’s mission and programs to ensure shared value and mission fit. Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned partners, coordinating touchpoints and managing internal collaboration. Revenue Growth & Fundraising Strategy Drive new business acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitch development, and deal closure. Lead partnership renewals and expansions, identifying opportunities for increased support and multi-year investments. Collaborate with the Development and Programs teams to integrate funding opportunities into broader organizational strategies. Track and analyze partnership goals and outcomes to inform strategic planning and drive continuous improvement. Corporate Stewardship & Engagement Develop and implement tailored stewardship plans to maintain and deepen partner engagement. Deliver consistent, high-quality communication and recognition to corporate supporters. Ensure partners receive timely, impactful reporting on the outcomes and social impact of their investments. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Partner with marketing, communications, programs, and research teams to create compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and impact materials. Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align partner strategies with organizational priorities. Ensure partnership deliverables are met with excellence and in accordance with agreed-upon terms. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights Monitor trends in corporate social impact, ESG, and philanthropy to inform strategic decisions. Provide thought leadership on corporate engagement strategies and contribute to internal learning and adaptation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, corporate social responsibility, or a related field, preferably within the nonprofit sector. Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships and meet or exceed revenue targets. Experience managing sponsorships, grants, and strategic collaborations. Deep understanding of nonprofit and corporate sector priorities, with an ability to connect the two. Exceptional project and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in proposal development and donor reporting. Proficiency with CRM platforms and fundraising tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience working with national or multinational corporations is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field preferred.
