This vital role focuses on building relationships within the community, enrolling new residential and commercial clients, and increasing brand awareness. If you enjoy networking, connecting with others, and helping businesses grow, this position may be a perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities:

Spend 20% of your time enrolling new residential clients by answering inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting with the onboarding process.

Brand Awareness & Marketing:

Devote 20% of your time to increasing brand awareness by seeking out opportunities to speak at and participate in local events, podcasts, farmers’ markets, and other community gatherings. Actively pursue media opportunities such as newspaper articles or podcast appearances to further promote the business. Attend weekly networking events and engage in 1:1 meetings with members to help give and receive referrals.

Commercial Sales:

Focus 60% of your role on signing commercial contracts, such as apartment complexes and HOA agreements. Lead the prospecting journey, from initial outreach to property management, scheduling property walkthroughs, and delivering proposals. Build lasting relationships with community leaders, businesses, and commercial property managers.

General Responsibilities:

Represent Clean Paws Scooping in a professional manner at all times. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress through our CRM. Provide regular updates on leads, appointments, and proposal statuses. Book our owner on podcasts, special networking opportunities, and property walk-throughs, eventually taking over the property walk-throughs.

Qualifications:

Marketing experience is preferred but not required. Sales and relationship-building experience is required. Experience in enrollment, customer relations, or a similar role is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with in-person meetings and representing the company in public settings. Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and interactions simultaneously. Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in-person in Duluth, as well as travel to surrounding areas as needed. A professional demeanor and the ability to represent Clean Paws Scooping in public settings and when meeting potential clients. Comfort with attending networking events, interacting with clients, and making connections within the local business community.

Competitive base pay plus commissions, with no cap on earnings. Bonuses for reaching milestones. Part-time hours with the opportunity for full-time (25-30 hours to start).

Schedule:

This is a part-time role based sometimes in our office in Duluth, GA but also remotely and around town. This is a what a sample work week may look like: Monday 8-2 Tuesday 8-2 Wednesday 7-2 Thursday 8-2 Friday 8-1 Some hours are flexible, though you will be expected to attend networking events and meetings during regular business hours in our service areas.
