This leader will develop and execute communication strategies that enhance transparency, clarity, and connection across the organization. They will collaborate with executive leadership to craft messaging, manage internal communication channels, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with company goals. Partner with executive leadership to deliver clear, compelling messages that engage employees. Oversee internal communication channels , including town halls, intranet content, field-employee tools, and manager-led engagement efforts. Create strategic communication campaigns for company-wide updates, cultural initiatives, and change management. Establish feedback mechanisms to enhance two-way communication between leadership and employees. Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and other teams to support employee growth and engagement . Enhance employer branding by developing employee stories, recognition programs, and leadership spotlights. Optimize internal platforms to improve information flow and reduce inefficiencies. Develop field-focused communication strategies using mobile-first tools, video content, and structured feedback loops. Align internal messaging with leadership development initiatives to drive accountability and professional growth. Lead crisis communication efforts , ensuring clear and effective messaging during times of change. Create engaging content across multiple formats, including written, visual, and video-based materials. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication efforts, making data-driven improvements. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on best practices in internal communication and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate internal communications or employee engagement. Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools , including intranet platforms and collaboration software. Experience in change management and organizational communication best practices .

Preferred:

Professional certifications in communications (e.g., IABC, PRSA) are a plus. Experience working with a distributed workforce or field-service environment .

Work Environment & Expectations Location:

Corporate office in Peachtree Corners.

Schedule:

Full-time, standard business hours, with flexibility to support employees across time zones.

Travel:

Up to 10% as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. Work Schedule This position will have a hybrid work schedule and will be in office three days per week after the initial training period. Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience.
