We’re looking for a Director of Brand Growth & Community Engagement who will help us become omnipresent across digital platforms, lead our marketing strategy, and expand our brand presence locally and online.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, manage, and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and blog Schedule and coordinate video shoots, testimonials, interviews, and webinar sessions Engage with our online audience by responding to comments, DMs, and messages Oversee basic paid ad strategy or collaborate with outside media buyers Organize and manage podcast appearances, interviews, guest blogs, and PR features Use (or help implement) a CRM to track leads and customer engagement Plan and support events such as patient workshops, wellness webinars, or podcast launches Work closely with the founder (Dr. Kyle Petrina) to align all brand efforts with company vision You Might Be a

Great Fit If:

You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, PR, or brand strategy You’re organized, self-motivated, and love taking big ideas and making them real You’re comfortable working independently and managing timelines You’re excited about health, wellness, and making an impact in the community You can work part-time now but are open to a long-term full-time role as we grow
