What You’ll Do:
As a Business Engagement Manager, you’ll be the primary liaison between Goodwill and the business community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining partnerships with employers, industry leaders, and local organizations. Promote Goodwill’s workforce programs and services through strategic outreach and marketing. Leverage data and insights to drive engagement, identify trends, and measure program success. Working with internal teams to align employer needs with job seeker preparation and support. Represent Goodwill at events, job fairs and networking functions.
