Job Description Reporting to the Marketing Project Director, the Marketing Communications Manager will collaborate closely with marketing team members and key organizational stakeholders to plan, write, and edit copy and content to support B2B and B2C business strategies and initiatives for Avita Care Solutions’ suite of brands including Avita Pharmacy, Q Care Plus, and AvitaCare Atlanta. This is a full-time, remote position that requires minimal travel. About the

Role:

Research, write, review, edit, and/or optimize marketing, promotional, and informational copy for both digital and print assets in coordination with other marketing team members including, but not limited to: Avita websites, social media accounts, sales and customer collateral, presentations, webinars, emails, events, advertising campaigns, etc.
Work closely with brand stakeholders to develop and maintain communication styles and brand voices relevant and targeted to diverse audiences such as internal stakeholders, prospective or current partners, and prospective or current patients
Write and/or edit informational, technical, educational, promotional, and creative copy as needed for a variety of platforms and channels, and in diverse voices and perspectives appropriate to the audience
Work closely with other marketing team members to identify, brainstorm, support, and meet content needs; Collaborate on innovative and creative content development for multi-media campaigns, events, and projects
Create or edit digital content for search engine optimization and maximized conversion best practices; perform competitive and industry research to identify and implement sophisticated content optimization strategies
Coordinate with other marketing team members to create, update, and/or optimize content on websites, social media accounts, and print collateral; edit content independently as needed
Collaborate with internal or 3rd party designers and developers to implement small-scale marketing campaigns such as emails, landing pages, and collateral
Support or guide image sourcing and other content supplemental needs for communications or content pieces as needed
Work independently or collaboratively as needed; document and manage activities in the department’s project management platform, Asana
Travel up to 10% as needed

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in a professional communications or copywriting role
3+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting
2+ years’ experience creating B2B and B2C content in healthcare, for LGBTQ+ audiences and/or for underserved communities is preferred 2+ years’ agency or consulting experience a plus
Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple responsibilities and projects required High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
High proficiency with writing and editing print and digital marketing copy required
High proficiency with SEO best practices and keyword research required
Strong project management skills required, experience with Asana or similar project management tool preferred
Experience with creating content for paid media and social media content strategies required

Pay range:

$72,000

  • 92,000 based on credentials and geographic location.
