Full Job Description Position Overview:

The CommUNITY Retail Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. This position goes beyond typical retail responsibilities; it is centered on building genuine connections with our customers and engaging with the community. The Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our store acts as a vibrant hub for customer interaction, events, and unique retail experiences. This position is based out of our New Orleans, LA location and candidates must reside in the NOLA Metropolitan area to be considered

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:

Welcome customers warmly, building authentic relationships to understand and meet their needs.

Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed product information and share enthusiasm for Greyson’s offerings, guiding clients in their selections.

Inventory Management:

Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Order Processing:

Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.

Operational Support:

Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong rapport-building skills and a passion for customer interaction. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
