In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new leads and potential members. Your goal is to guide them through their first steps at the gym, help them schedule intro sessions, and make them feel confident and welcomed in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new leads via text, phone, and email to schedule intro sessions.
• Meet with potential members to learn their goals, provide information, and recommend the best membership option.
• Maintain accurate scheduling for all intro sessions and follow up appointments.
• Track lead communication, follow-up tasks, and conversions using gym management software.
• Represent the gym’s culture and values in every interaction.
• Communicate with coaches to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable having conversations and connecting with a wide variety of people.
• Detail-oriented and organized with scheduling and follow-up.
• Passion for fitness, and helping others.
• Availability to work flexible, part-time hours (some weekends may be required as needed)
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
