Be Doing:

Keep our grant program trackers up to date so we can monitor request statuses and budgets like pros. Support the grant request process by vetting nonprofits and doing initial reviews-yes, you ll be a first-line impact maker! ✅ Help execute grant programs by shepherding requests through our grant management system. Be the go-to guru for external partners with system/database questions. Troubleshooting? You’re on it. ️ Track sponsorship events and guest lists like a boss. ️‍♀️ Assist with research and jump into special projects that keep things fresh and exciting. ✅ What You Bring to the

Comfortable working independently AND love being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. Confident navigating systems and databases with ease. A strong communicator who s approachable, helpful, and great at building relationships. ️

Your Toolbox:

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint? You’re already a pro. strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Experience managing databases or data analytics (bonus points if you’ve worked in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders). Extra Credit (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with the nonprofit sector. Experience using Blackbaud or IGam.
