The Director of GlobalMarketing HCP will work closely with country and cross-functionalteams to ensure that the marketing strategy is consistent acrossrespiratory indications and contributes to strengthen DupixentFranchise. The opportunity is to join the dynamic COPD franchise, akey growth driver within the Sanofi organization. This will meanbeing entrepreneurial, thinking big, working together as a team,differentiating from our competitors and focusing on science toaddress the unmet needs of patients that are suffering around theworld. The position requires a highly motivated individual who canwork independently, with a strong execution focus and a globalmindset. Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Aligment & Planning for
HCPMarketing:
- Global HCP marketing strategy co-creation andexecution for Dupixent in COPD
- Leverage competitive insights andmarket intelligence to drive positioning of Dupixent asFirst-in-class and Best-in-class treatment for COPD with underlyingtype 2 inflammation
- Develop and implement multichannel marketingapproaches to maximize awareness and adoption
- Shape valueproposition and create compelling brand narratives and messaging
Market & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with MarketDevelopment for KOL strategy development and engagement
- Engagewith HCPs to gain deep insights into the needs in COPDcollaborating with the assigned key markets to support aspirationaland best in class positioning in respiratory space
- Partner withMedical Affairs and HEVA to optimize IEGP delivery
- Drivescientific communications and congress strategy execution
- Collaborate with Customer engagement teams to support theimprovements in customer journey from a marketing perspective
Ongoing Commercial Excellence:
- Lead development ofunbranded/branded campaigns including IVAs and one Dupixent pulmnarrative
- Co-create launch assets with affiliates to ensuremarket success
- Monitor competitive landscape and optimizetactical approaches
- Drive performance initiatives across regions,sharing best practices
- Support the growth of brand in everincreasing competitive landscape
- Spearhead the integration ofCOPD initiatives into the broader respiratory portfolio includingone Dupixent Pulm narrative, creating synergies that enhanceoverall brand equity and generate a positive halo effect.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership:
- Orchestratecollaboration across Alliance team and Medical Affairs, MarketAccess, and Market Development
- Manage external partnershipsspecifically with agencies and vendors with internal qualityprocess and vendors
- Support with proactive engagement theupcoming key markets’ launch preparation and execution About YouExperience and knowledge
- Demonstrated Marketing and Brandleadership experience at Local level, including ability to buildmarketing strategies, experience in launch, brand planning andomnichannel.
- Proven ability to maintain market leadership incompetitive environments
- Cross functional collaboration withR D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs
- Experience in advancing Customers engagement
- Strong analyticalskills to convert data into actionable insights
- Respiratoryand/or relevant Biologics experience preferred
- Global Marketingexperience preferred Leadership skills: Strategic thinking: abilityto disrupt status quo with innovation while remaining pragmatic andfocused on priorities.
