Climb Higher (About the Job) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in telecommunications wireless infrastructure, specifically Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), to lead and coordinate all aspects of DAS project delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee site development, installation, testing, and integration of DAS systems in a variety of environments including commercial buildings, hospitals, stadiums, and transit systems. This role also includes oversight of a Construction Manager and GROL technician, as well as responsibility for project budgeting and financial management. Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities) Lead end-to-end project management of DAS installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Oversee planning, permitting, design review, construction, and closeout of projects. Manage client relationships, providing updates on timelines, scope, and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, OEMs, carriers, and AHJs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and client specifications. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reports. Conduct pre-construction site walks and meetings; routine site presence beyond this is typically not required as on-site execution is managed by dedicated Construction Managers. Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Work with RF engineers and commissioning teams to ensure optimal DAS performance. Provide oversight and direction to the Construction Manager and GROL technician supporting execution. Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Signal Strength (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-7 years of project management experience in wireless telecom, with emphasis on DAS. Strong understanding of in-building wireless systems (iDAS/oDAS), public safety DAS, small cell, and fiber backbone infrastructure. Familiarity with DAS OEMs such as CommScope, Corning, JMA, SOLiD, and ADRF. Proficiency with iBwave design software and solid understanding of RF principles is a strong plus. Experience with project budgeting, financial planning, and cost controls. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Flexible schedule to support projects in varying time zones if necessary.

Work EnvironmentTravel:

Travel to project sites is limited and typically occurs during pre-construction phases or milestone inspections (estimated 10-20% depending on project needs). Ability to work in active construction sites, rooftops, and utility spaces when required. You’ll Rise Above if (additional skillset) PMP certification or equivalent a plus.
