  Eliot is seeking a dedicated Engagement Specialist to join our Behavioral Health Community Partner (BH CP) program.

This innovative Care Management program serves members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs. As an Engagement specialist, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to engage new members and members that are in need of additional outreach. An ability to convey excellent customer service and outreach in a manner that meets the specific needs of each member is a must.

Responsibilities:

Provide immediate engagement and contact with all newly assigned enrollees.
Conduct daily outreach efforts to assigned enrollees to establish direct contact.
Utilize all tools available to engage assigned enrollees in discussing CP services including but not limited to: phone calls, text messages, visits, email, etc. Provide multiple and timely contacts to ensure each assigned enrollee understands services including the benefits and purpose of the service and how it relates to the members specific needs and preferences. Provide a warm handoff to other service providers, once the member has agreed to services.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
1 year experience in direct customer marketing, direct customer or community engagement or sales Valid Massachusetts drivers license
