Internal Communications Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to provide strategic and tactical support across internal messaging channels. This role plays a key part in connecting employees with leadership, amplifying organizational values, and ensuring consistent communication throughout a dynamic and global work environment. This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts. Internal Communications Manager Responsibilities Develop and execute internal communication strategies across departments such as HR, Legal, and Brand to support employee awareness and engagement initiatives. Manage content development for global internal platforms including email newsletters, intranet updates, and other CMS-driven tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communications around enterprise strategy, DEI programming, and leadership alignment. Support planning and execution of internal events, including live meetings, company-wide town halls, and leadership Q&A sessions. Craft clear, compelling communications including talking points, executive presentations, and strategic updates for senior leaders. Monitor employee feedback channels and engagement surveys to inform and adapt communication approaches. Maintain tone and message consistency while adjusting communications for various employee audiences across regions. Internal Communications Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications within complex or matrixed organizations. Proven success delivering communication strategies tied to leadership visibility, employee engagement, and organizational change. Familiarity with tools such as email campaign platforms, intranet systems, and content management systems (CMS). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. Adept at handling sensitive topics with discretion, including HR and legal communications. Experience supporting DEI communications and fostering inclusive messaging. Comfortable engaging directly with senior leadership and supporting live event logistics.
Compensation:
